The orks will show up and set the board and deploy 12pm-6pm. Imperials will be able to start showing up at anytime during the day to make fun of the ork team during their set-up. 7pm-12am is when the imperials will deploy and do their first turn movement phase of the game. The shooting phase will commence the next day. The orks will in turn make fun and throw things at the imperials while they are doing this. Drinking and merriment will insue after the imperials are done.
The entries for the 'Best Model' compitition will be pulled and marked after the imperial movement has happened. Voting and pictures will go untill 12:00 am and will then be closed. The models will then be replaced on the board.

At 10:00 o'clock sharp, the imperial side will begin their shooting phase. The game will go on from there.
We are attempting to get 6 turns at least done within the time frame, somewhere around midnight-ish. So have your stuff together and ready to go.
Special awards will be voted on and given at around 9pm-12am. Prizes for the best model will be given out at this time also.
