Basically the idea behind this is to get people involved more in the modelling aspect that is D-co. You might have seen similar things on other websites and this is kinda looted from those, but this of course is only D-co stuff.
On a monthly basis, I am going to be posting challenges for myself or any D-co members on projects that will be done in a certain 30 day time period. These 'Challenges' can be anything that has to do with modeling of anykind, 40k, FOW, Battletech, Warhammer fantasy, terrain, etc., etc. Pictures should be posted in the Army building projects section, if there are any. I am not going to be handing out prizes or anything, but it would be nice if we could keep them out of this part, so that people without cameras can update us on how they are doing.
We are going on the honor system here, so if you say you've done it, I'll believe you.
I will post the challenges in the order that they happen on this main page and recycle the months accordingly.
If you have any questions, post them or PM me and we will get everything sorted out.
'Challenges' for the next month will begin on the 27th of every month, and will be closed by the 5th. There will be, of course exceptions to this rule, and that will be handled on a case by case basis. Challenges will be colored black when given, and turned violet when they are accomplished.
WARNING: It is understood that everyone is not at the same level with modelling. Please keep this in mind if you are critiquing peoples work. I am trying to show off D-co's awesomeness with this, and if we can keep the flaming down to a minimum, I would appreciate it. Non-compliance with this very simple request, will be handled with force. The Hammer of Dawn will be unlocked, and used with impunity on anybody who abuses this, and will be driven off the site posthaste. You have been warned!

ok this month, model 2 PK nobs, a waagh banner and some boss poles. paint 10 nobs 2 wabosses and FINALLY FINISH CONVERTING THE FRIGGIN STOMPA. If is manage to get some more boys done, great.

I've got 6 orky walls to paint.
And start work on my Ork Temple for the big game.. that's my January goal. Should be able to do it as long as I'm not too lazy.

It seems I've got some modelling and painting to do. So I'll jump in here for some self motivation.
Model - 10 Terminators of varying styles.
Model and Paint - Long Fangs Pack, Rhino, Razorback (I found another old Lascannon with twin plasma gun Razorback!)

Over the past few days, I've made quite a bit of progress on the missile launching pad. It's gonna be a box-ish building with a large missile sticking out of the top, and a very obvious control panel.
