Just curious,

Anyone out there think about creating a Greater Good army with the arrival of new stuff in March?

I was just wondering who was going to join the cause.

:dude:

I've heard it's not very good.

Tau are too clean. They're positively spiffy.

I just got the new white dwarf yesterday and the Tau look great. I think the new codex will be cool as well since it has a lot of good background about the Tau empire in it.  I am not starting a Tau army but would encourage other people to do so. Perhaps we all do some Taros "bigish" game stuff in the next couple of months.

We really should get back on the Taros campaign.  Let's look at after big game.

Eventually, after a few things happen, I would also like to playtest a a Tau Vs Ork Morkadhishu mini-campaign Mark and I have been working on, and your basement/table3/terrain would be my prefered playgraound.  i'm looking at doing this around Summertimeish.  to be fun, it needs like 6-8 players (3 ork, 3 Tau)

waagh n stuff,

Tim

If we have enough interest we could have a mini big game that was only one full day. I could schlep over the whole Ork City and the Gargant and we could have a big eight/ ten/ twelve  player game that detailed the Tau conquest of a shit world held by Orks. If we don't have that much interest we could do my basement although six people is about all that fits down there. Perhaps we could get Bradens idea of a large room at the student union for a full day sometime in May or June. We should revisit this idea at some point.

I was thinking that next years big game may be Taros....Hmmmmmmm
